2 Be 3 mania en Asie !

Oubliés comme les autres boys band des années 1997-98, les 2 Be 3
déchaînent de nouveau les passions, cette fois-ci en Asie ! L’an
dernier, à Paris, ils avaient désespérément écumé les plateaux télé
avec un nouvel album enregistré en anglais aux Etats-Unis sans
qu’aucune maison de disques française ne prenne la décision de le
mettre sur le marché. Commercialisé depuis en Asie sur des labels
locaux, Excuse My French suscite un engouement inattendu : les
sites web se multiplient, les apparitions du trio de Longjumeau déclenchent
les mêmes hystéries pré-pubères qu’il y a quatre ans, les radios
diffusent à tout va la chanson Even If… L’album a même
atteint la 9ème place des Tops de vente à Taïwan et la 17ème à
Singapour.

Reditelj Stojan Stojicic snima novi koprodukcioni film: "Put u obecanu
zemlju"
Filmskog reditelja Stojana Stojicica upoznali smo po njegovim filmovima "Necista
krv" i "Atoski vrtovi". Posle snimanja u Parizu, ovih dana u
Beogradu, Vrscu i Herceg-Novom, nastavlja se snimanje njegovog novog filma
"Put u obecanu zemlju". Film, koji se snima u
francusko-srpsko-crnogorskoj koprodukciji, okuplja nase poznate glumce, poput
Aleksandra Berceka, Dragana Nikolica, Petra Bozovica, Vesne Trivalic, Nede
Arneric, Zorana Cvijanovica, Nikole Pejakovica, dok se u glavnim ulogama
pojavljuju mlade zvezde francuske estrade i filma Vivijen Burgine i Filip
Nikolic. Sreli smo se sa jednim delom filmske ekipe u beogradskom hotelu "Metropol",
gde su snimali neke sekvence. Koncertna i producentska kuca "Melos estrada",
na celu sa jednim od nasih najpoznatijih menadzera Banetom Obradovicem, uzece
ucesce u marketingu i plasmanu ovog, po svemu sudeci, zanimljivog filma.
Stojan Stojicic: Pokusavam da ovim projektom iskoracim van granica
trece Jugoslavije i stvorim jedan univerzalni evropski film. Prica prati mladog
francuskog slikara naseg porekla u potrazi za svojim korenima i pravom ljubavlju.
Ujedno, film govori o problemima mladih (od 18 do 30 godina) koji su osvanuli u
trecem milenijumu. Verujem da ce biti zanimljiva filmska kombinacija
srpsko-francuskog jezika. Konacno, zelim da pokrenem jednu istinu o kojoj mnogi
autori i filmski stvaraoci, namerno ili iz neznanja, cute, o povratku mladih
koji su se rodili na Zapadu u Srbiju. Posle desetogodisnje diktature, cak i neki
intelektualci medju mladima koji su otisli, sada se vracaju.
Ovo je prica o Srbima u inostranstvu i o tim mladim ljudima koji zele da se
vrate svojim genima i u svoju postojbinu. Red je da i Zapad konacno shvati pravu
istinu o Srbiji, koja se bitno razlikuje od one koju je prikazao Emir Kusturica
u svojim filmovima. Ovde ne caruju samo ciganski porivi, pleh muzika, razvrat,
blud, prevara, kako nas je Kusturica prikazao (i zato pokupio nagrade od
klerikalnih srbomrzaca), vec ima i istinskih intelektualaca koji su razasuti po
celom svetu. Gotovo sam siguran da ce posle mog filma "Put u obecanu zemlju"
ceo svet steci neku drugu sliku o srpskom narodu...
Filip Nikolic, kroz
smesak, kaze da se u Beogradu lepo odmara od napadnih tinejdzerki, koje ga
opsedaju sirom Francuske. Isto tako, odmara se od rok muzike, i dok snima film
njegova grupa "2B3" je na odmoru. Simpaticna i zgodna Francuskinja
Vivijen Burgine raspolozeno kaze:
Beograd je stvarno predivan grad. Bilo mi je grozno gledati neke rusevine
NATO-zlikovaca, koje sam sa svojim kolegama osudjivala dok je trajala ta uzasna
agresija na vasu zemlju. Uzivam u vasim odlicnim srpskim jelima i dobrom vinu.
Verujem da ce film postici svetski uspeh. Do premijere, sta da kazem, osim,
ziveli! Odlicno ucim i pamtim boemske izraze. Ha, ha, ha...

Das Mitwirkende von Daily Soap‘s
irgendwann mit Gesangsdarbietungen auf einer CD auftauchen ist ja an sich
kein Phänomen mehr. Etwas exotischer wird es dann höchstens, wenn die Boygroup
diesmal aus Frankreich kommt. Das scheint, wenn man von der Single
"Even If" ausgeht, aber auch schon das einzige zu sein,
was 2Be3 von anderen gängigen Boybands unterscheidet.
| 2Be3 bestehen aus den
drei natürlich sehr gutaussehenden Franzosen Filip, Adel
und Frank. Die drei sind in Frankreich seit ihrer Gründung
1996 sehr erfolgreich und beliebt. Bereits 5 Millionen CD’s
wurden im Heimatland verkauft. Den Sprung über die Landesgrenze
hinaus wollen die inzwischen 24- bzw. 25-jährigen mit ihrem
ersten englisch-sprachigen Album schaffen. Es wird im Sommer
erscheinen und sinniger Weise "Excuse My French"
heissen. Produzent des Albums ist Desmond Child, von dem
Hits wie "Livin‘ On A Prayer" von Bon Jovi
oder "Livin‘ La Vida Loca" (Ricky Martin)
stammen. Zu weiteren Interpreten seiner Kompositionen gehören
unter anderen Cher und Aerosmith. Die Single "Even
If" erscheint wirklich als der perfekt geklonte
Boy-Group-Song schlecht hin. Leicht schmachtend, nett dahin plätschernd
und absolut unindividuell. Ein wenig interessanter klingt
der zweite Song auf der Single-CD "Excuse My French".
Etwas flotter und in einem nicht ganz so abgetragenen Soundmuster.
Na mal schauen was das Album dann noch bieten wird ... |

Sounds Like: Whoa, these guys -- Adel, Frank and Filip -- are massive
back in their home country France with over five million records sold! They have
now officially announced their arrival on the international pop scene with their
first full-length English debut cheekily titled "Excuse My French."
Bon appetite! Let's taste some French pop then.
You May Have Heard: Been glueing your eyes to MTV and ears to radio
stations? Then we won't blame you for having these two catchy tunes --
"Excuse My French" and "Even If" -- going round nonstop in
your bobbin' head.
We Fancy: 2Be3 are definitely tailored for the pop masses with their
brand of radio friendly tunes all laden with killer hooks and infectious
melodies most notably on "Excuse My French," "Even If," and
"Don't Hang Up." Surprisingly, Diane Warren, who is well known for her
ballads, penned a rather groovy "Rhythm-Of-The-Night" sounding track
called "Can't Stop My Heart From Loving You" on the album. Good for
the boys to break dance to, we suppose.
We're Not Sure About: Haven't we heard all those somewhere before?
Much as we want to get excited over the album, we still can't hide the fact that
it actually does sound suspiciously like some typical B list boy band stuff.
What a bummer. Remember acts like Get Ready!, Caught In The Act and Worlds Apart?
We don't even want to go there.
Verdict: Here's the big question: Do we need another boy band? And the
answer is... Why not? The pop world is big enough for everyone. As long as
there's still someone out there willing to succumb to the charms of chic good
lookers belting out happy pop songs, there's no harm really. Rotting in bliss
sure beats rotting in misery, don't you think?

Singapore -- Cest La Vie! Another boy band comes our way!
Making up of Filip Nikolitch (27), Adel Kachermi (26), and
Frank Delhaye (28), 2Be3 is an all-new boy band that hails from
France. Perhaps new is not quite the word, since the trio are
already a household name back in France, with more than six
million records sold, a long running sitcom under their belt and
guess what? They are even immortalized in the form of wax at
Grevin Museum (France equivalent to the renowned Madame Tussauds
in England) in Paris!
All ready to take on the international scene, the chic boys
from 2Be3 have finally released their first English debut album
"Excuse My French," which is produced by famed producer
Desmond Child this month. And breezing in town last Friday night,
Filip, Adel and Frank also performed an exclusive showcase to the
local media to announce their arrival on the international pop
scene.
Dressed in casual wear and break dancing every once in a while
during their set, the boys showed that they are definitely a new
force to be reckon with. Singing soon-to-be-massive hits like
"Excuse My French," "Even If," and "Don't
Hang Up," their potential was evident for all to see. Were
the local media pleased with their performance? You bet! They came
back for an encore of an acoustic version "Excuse My
French" and "Even If!"
Although 2Be3 are only in town for a short introductory stay
for the media, fans of this French trio need not despair. Word has
it that the boys will be back in town for another round of
promotional tour sometime soon! And if you can't wait, the good

2Be3 Are Too Sexy

Philippines -- They are known as "the sexiest all
male group from France." Maybe that's why many Filipino
girls came in droves to watch three young and relatively new
guys perform their pop songs. 2Be3 -- Adel Kachermi, Filip
Nikolitch and Frank Delhaye -- touched down in Manila last week
and skyrocketed into the hearts of many drooling girls. From the
first performance at SM Southmall last July 20 to the last mall
show at SM Bacoor on the 22nd, 2Be3 quickly won over many
adoring fans.
The French boyband performed a few tracks from their first
English version album called "Excuse My French" while
the girls screamed in delight. Not only did the boys crooned to
the young girls but they also showcased their B-boy moves, which
were understandably well-received. The sexy boy band pulled off
girls from the audience and serenaded them on the stage. As
kissing is a well-known French custom, each gushing girl got one
on their cheeks. During their stay, 2Be3 made the rounds of
local TV shows. 2Be3 were so charming that "Startalk"
co-host and sexy star Rosanna Roces couldn't resist rubbing up
against Filip, who in turn gave the host a kiss. But alas, his
heart, as he so proclaimed during the SM Southmall show,

Malaysia -- Well, all you folks in Kuching and Miri are
getting a bonus when French trio 2Be3 head to Malaysia. Adel,
Filip and Frank, who sing that infectious "Excuse My
French" track will be in town by Friday, but they will be
heading out to East Malaysia specially to entertain their East
Malaysian fans from July 15, 2001 until July 17, 2001.
Lucky for all you fans in Miri and Kuching, 'cause none of
us peninsular Malaysians are getting such special treatment!
If you are in Kuching, don't pass up the chance of catching
them at the Crown Square Mall at 6:00 p.m. on July 15 where
they won't only perform a short and sweet showcase, but will
also be signing autographs. Time to get those posters ready!
On July 16, they will perform at 10:00 p.m. at the Victoria
Arms Pub, Merdeka Palace Hotel before heading off to Miri on
July 17 to dazzle fans at the Bintang Plaza at 12.30 p.m. and
later at the Rihgal Royal Hotel at 9.30 p.m.

in to Cats Radio at 5.30 p.m. and again on Radio Kuching at

Beaucoup d'ambiance pour cette 20ème édition... Outre la conduite glissante
des As du Volant comme Jean Alesi, Jean Louis Schlesser, Ari Vatanen, Stéphane
Peterhansel, Yvan Muller ou Marcel Tarrès, le Team Opel France avec René
Arnoux et Jacques Laffite annonce la participation comme coéquipier de Filip
Nikolic des 2 be 3, sur une Opel Astra.
Le chanteur le plus connu du groupe vedette qui a vendu plus d'un million

Professional athlete, kung fu fighting martial arts expert, and
break-dancer! Apparently, Filip was a top athlete back in school and his
team was Champions of France, while Frank is an expert on Viet Vo Dao (a
kind of Vietnamese martial arts) and has won a hefty number of titles
including European Champion in 1992 and 1995. Lastly, Adel is a hip-hop
and break dancing expert who has performed at various shows in France!
Quite a sporty bunch, aren't they?
Guilty Of:
Exotic good looks, washboard abs, mesmerizing gazes, chirpy tunes, and the
fact that they are French make 2Be3 the boy band for teenyboppers to go
ga-ga over. With their sporty nature, we reckon they are quite bendy as
well, if you get what we mean.
Criminal History:
According to a fansite, Filip and Adel (who lived in the same suburb) met
Frank at college and decided to form a group called To Be Free in 1990.
However, the group soon split and only reformed in 1996 under the new
moniker 2Be3. From then onwards, everything started to take shape with
over 5 million records sold, a tour of over 120 dates, and the gracing of
front covers on numerous French magazines. With 2Be3's massive following
in France, it wouldn't come as a surprise if every French chick dreamed of
marrying a member of 2Be3. Bless.
Public Sightings:
The boys breezed into Asia a month ago, and they will be back in July 2001
for a massive Asia promotional tour! Watch out on MTVAsia.com for some

Being one of the top groups in France, 2Be3 have already released quite a

sentimentale de ses deux copains d'enfance, Filip et Franck, est tout aussi
bien rangée que la sienne. Filip file toujours le parfait amour auprès de
Valérie, tandis que Franck vit toujours avec Sevy. Même si leur carrière
est sur le déclin et que leur dernier album n'a pas marché, les 2 Be 3
s'apprêtent à sortir pour les fêtes un album simplement intitulé 2 Be
3. Espérons qu'il plaira au bébé d'Adel qui devrait montrer le bout de
son nez en même temps que l'album et fera ainsi de son papa, le premier de sa

France is known for their romantic ambience, chic
coffee shops along the Seine River, the idyllic Eiffel Tower and of
course, the hunky guys. 2be3 is an outfit of three gorgeous French men,
Adel, Filip and Frank, whose debut English album is already taking Asia by
storm. Their first single “Excuse My French” is receiving constant
airplay on the radio as well as MTV and their second catchy single “Even
If” is steadily garnering attention in Asia.
To promote their debut English album, 2be3 made their way to Singapore on
1 June and performed in front of selected media and guests at Velvet
Underground. They might have seemed an unknown bunch when they visited
Singapore, but they are huge stars in their own country, having released
11 French albums to date. Nevertheless, their attitude during the showcase
was one of pleasant musicians, with no arrogance attached as they hung out
with the crowds after their performance.
They started off the show with their hit, “Excuse My French” and
various heads were bopping along as they crooned “Voulez-vous,
voulez-vous, you were made for me.” Their synchronized dance routine was
enough to make girls jump for joy and their dreamy voices could send a
girl over the moon.
Then they continued to sing their next hit “Even If”, followed by
“Baby Don’t Hang Up”, “I’ll Be Your Hero” and an encore of
their first two hits. It seemed as if people could not get enough of the
entertainment. Some people were even lucky enough to go tete-a-tete with
the group afterwards, and had their snapshots taken with Adel, Filip and
Frank.
No doubt, 2Be3 will find their niche in the Asian market. With adorable
faces and lovable voices to match, it won’t be long before we hear the
Asians scream “Je t’adore, 2be3”. (RW)

2Be3 en concert:
charmants comme des princes...
Non, ce n'est pas de l'intox: les trois diamants du meilleur boy's band
français, plus séduisants que jamais, qui scintillent au sommet du box-office
avec un nouvel album, seront en concert au centre-expo le 16 décembre à 20h.
Pour la permission de minuit, pas d'affolement, il suffit de ligoter papa et
d'emmener maman. Car les 2 be 3, c'est trop bon pour le coeur... et le coeur,
c'est un remède vieux comme le temps!
Rien ne
prouve qu'ils se sont vraiment connus sur les bancs de l'école. Mais ce qui est
sûr, c'est que Franck, Adel et Filip ne manquent pas de goûts communs: le
sport, les filles, la musique et la danse. Avec "Partir un jour" qui déferle
sur les ondes en octobre 1996, ces trois garçons dans le vent, annonce une
magnitude sur l'échelle du succès qui en dit long: disque d'or en quelques
jours! Plusieurs autres singles seront extraits de cet album de onze chansons,
qui franchira le million d'exemplaires vendus: "Toujours là pour toi"
(adaptation française du titre de Rick Astley), "Never gonna give you
up" ou "La salsa" qui rythme l'été de 1997. Parallèlement, ils
acceptent de tourner un sitcom pour AB Production. Cela deviendra une série de
quarante épisodes qui raconte leur propre aventure: "Pour être
libre". Inutile de préciser qu'en automne 1997, lorsqu'elle apparaît sur
les écrans de télé, l'audimat se pince pour y croire... et explose! Arrive en
mars 1998 leur second disque, qui se classe instantanément en tête des ventes
d'albums. Et comme Cupidon n'a pas qu'une corde à son arc, les trois princes
charmants sortent dans la foulée, un parfum baptisé "Génération
mixte". Quant à leurs répliques, exposées au musée Grévin depuis le 24
mars dernier, elles font chaque jour leur plein de fans. Dommage, les Apollons
de cire ne signent pas d'autographes... pour 2 Be 3, il aurait fallu prévoir
des automates! En attendant leur passage à Bercy le 8 décembre prochain, ils
sillonnent la France avec un nouveau spectacle, dans lequel ils enchaînent
tubes sur tubes. Sur scène, la prestation des 2Be3 est le reflet de leur deuxième
album: chaud, rythmé, ensoleillé. On y retrouve tous les genres de musique
moderne qui font danser: rap, dance, eurodance, new-jack... Parmi les douze
titres du dernier disque qui donne le tournis à tous les hit-parades, il y a la
reprise de "Words", la célèbre chanson de FR David. Moins bousculés
que pour l'album précédent, devenus aussi plus autonomes, les 2Be3 ont écrit
sept chansons sur douze enregistrées. Des textes qu'ils ont pris le temps de
travailler, aux côtés du compositeur Laurent Marimbert, chargé d'inventer les
musiques. Pas de changement dans les thèmes, sinon quelques variations: les
filles, l'amour, le rêve, la liberté, l'amitié... Comme ils l'affirment:
"On ne change pas une équipe qui gagne". Leur métier à eux, c'est
de parler de bonheur et de faire rêver. Alors pourquoi se priver d'une soirée
au goût de paradis?

Un 2be3 dans La Peau d'un Mulet
On
croyait Filip Nicolik, leader des 2Be3, juste bon à faire l’âne…
Il est maintenant « mulet » pour l’inspecteur
Navarro. Le mulet, c’est celui qui porte la charge de l’enquête,
qui est sur le terrain à faire les filoches ou dans le
commissariat en train d’interroger les suspects.

Conscient
d'entrer dans une famille soudée
Un
certain nombre de ceux qui entourent l’inusable Roger Hannin nous sont
maintenant familiers : il y a le dragueur impénitent, celui qui
appelle toujours sa mère, celui qui a des problèmes de couple. Un vrai
pannel de sondage « représentatif de la population française »…
Avec Filip Nikolic dans le rôle de Boldec, la famille s’agrandit et
ajoute un rôle à la liste : celui du petit nouveau.Il n’a même
pas à forcer son talent, la star des minettes de la fin du 2Oème siècle :
s’il est pataud, hésitant, bredouillant, peu sûr de lui, on mettra
cela sur le compte du rôle qui raconte les débuts de Bolec, une jeune
recrue dans l’équipe de navarro. « Un peu comme moi lorsque
j’ai intégré le tournage, raconte Filip. J’y suis arrivé,
inquiet, comme le petit nouveau à l’école, conscient d’entrer dans
une famille soudée depuis douze ans. Les concerts donnés devant des
milliers de personnes étaient impressionnants, mais cela n’a rien à
voir avec ce que j’avais éprouvé à ce moment-là ». Un rôle
taillé à la mesure de ce comédien débutant, entouré par la
sollicitude de ses camarades : « Je ressentais ce que le
personnage de Boldec, jeune recrue au commissariat, devait éprouver, le
nez dans les baskets à ses débuts, l’intimidation et la gaucherie mêlés
au désir de bien faire ».
Une
histoire vivante du cinéma
Le
jeune Brodec est tout de suite plongé dans le bain. Chargé d’enquêter
sur un viol collectif perpétré sur une jeune fille, il est confronté à
sa propre histoire puisqu’il est aussi le fruit d’un viol. Face à
l’un des agresseurs, il disjoncte et le frappe. Faisant cela, il commet
l’irréparable : cet incident de procédure revient à l’annuler
et provoque la remise en liberté du suspect. Le jeune impulsif en est
pour ses frais. Mais Navarro, plus paternaliste que jamais, ne lui en veut
pas. Va pour le grand pardon. C’est une bonne première expérience pour
un flic frais émoulu. L’enquête évoque toujours des cas qui nous
touchent personnellement et dont il faut s’abstraire pour rendre la
justice. « Je suis extrêmement content, conscient de la chance
de participer à cette aventure et d’aborder le métier de comédien par
cette entremise » raconte Filip. Nous sommes contents qu’il soit
content. Pour la chance, effectivement, il l’a de côtoyer un vieux
routier du cinéma qui évoque Gabin ou Delon comme s’il les avait quittés
la veille. « Je bénéficie d’une histoire du cinéma »
commente Filip avec émerveillement.
Objectif
cinéma
Car Filip sait que son
meilleur capital, c’est sa notoriété. En abordant Navarro, il sait que
c’est entre 8 et 10 millions de Français qui vont rester scotchés sur
la lucarne. Dans le foulée, il aborde le rôle d’un peintre dans un
long métrage, la Route de la Terre promise, tourné par l’un de
ses compatriotes, le Yougoslave Stoïane
Stoïtchich. Vient ensuite un film de Franck Llopis avec Salomé Lelouch,
si tout va bien. Même s’il pratique toujours la musique avec ses potes
Adel et Frank, la musique semble pour lui quelque chose comme une page
